Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction and movement projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily construction activities on commercial and movement/relocation projects.
· Coordinate and manage subcontractors, onsite personnel, and vendors.
· Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
· Maintain compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and client requirements.
· Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
· Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
· Prepare daily reports, track progress, and communicate project status to management.
Qualifications: -
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
· Experience with project movement/relocation logistics is strongly preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
