About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead a comprehensive security program that supports its decentralized units in assessing and mitigating cyber risks. The CISO will be responsible for implementing enterprise-wide security and privacy services, conducting threat analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role involves guiding and leading governance on information security, monitoring emerging technologies and threat trends, and serving as a trusted advisor to the company's leaders. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing and operating a cyber risk management program, as well as leading the response to cybersecurity incidents and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners.
