About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the development and enhancement of its information security program. Experience as a security strategist, organizational builder, and a deep understanding of the balance between security, research enablement, and institutional agility are essential. The role demands a leader who is aware of evolving threats, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, and who can implement practical and sustainable security measures. Through clear communication and collaboration, the CISO will ensure that the community feels supported and empowered to protect sensitive information while advancing their work, particularly in the context of the company's ambitious research goals.
