About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join their team. The CIO will be a strategic, hands-on executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's technology vision and digital transformation strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that technology operates as a competitive advantage, particularly in the specialty contracting industry, by aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and field operations. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing IT organization, champion an operations-first mindset, and drive the adoption of new technologies, including AI, to enhance field efficiency and business performance. Cybersecurity and risk management are also key focus areas, with the CIO expected to implement and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework and proactively manage cyber risks. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of IT leadership experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
