About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the enterprise technology strategy. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading enterprise technology strategy, particularly in healthcare or similarly regulated, multi-site environments. Hands-on familiarity with clinical systems and practice operations is essential, as is experience in leading cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and resiliency programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading transformations, vendor ecosystems, and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in high-growth services environments.
