About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to lead its Impact Team and play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to end hunger. The CIO will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of food programs, connecting clients to essential support services, and leading efforts in community health, nutrition, and policy advocacy. This is a rare opportunity to lead at a moment of transformation, shaping a new strategic plan that centers community voice and deepens partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader of large and complex teams, a seasoned relationship builder, and an operational strategist with a strong commitment to the mission.
