Continual standing, walking/ frequent bending, reaching and occasional kneeling Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Must be physically fit enough to spot clients and correctly perform any exercise or movement included in the program. Requires full manual dexterity of the upper extremities including hands, arms and shoulders and unrestricted movement of both lower extremities, back and hips.
