Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain office organization and manage supply inventory
  • Greet visitors ensuring a positive front office experience
  • Support internal teams with projects and day-to-day operations
  • Utilize CRM software for client and internal communications
  • Perform other clerical and support tasks as needed

 

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in office, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a consistent, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in office administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills
