Futures , a part of the Sevita family , provides community and center-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. Seeking a BCBA for our Futures Center in Plymouth, MA!

 

Sign-on bonus $10,000

Compensation begins at $80,000 Annually

Monthly bonus opportunities at $75.00/hour! 

 

Futures offers a full time ABA-based program that helps children learn social, communication, and appropriate play skills through cooperative learning. A summer program is also available. Center Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 PM with flexible start times. Preschool and after school programs. 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission.

 

• Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.

 

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments.

 

• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.

 

• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.

 

• Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.

 

• Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.

 

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

 

• BCBA Certification required

 

• LABA required

 

• Valid driver’s license

 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

 

• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

 

• A commitment to quality in everything you do.
