Now Hiring: Bilingual Warehouse Pickers
Gardena, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift Start Times: Monday- 9am-5:30am,  Tues-Friday 9am-4:30pm
Full-time opportunities with overtime available

We are currently hiring experienced and dependable Bilingual Warehouse Pickers to support high-volume warehouse fulfillment operations in Gardena.

*Must be bilingual in English and Spanish *
* Must have experience working in quota-driven or productivity-based warehouse environments *

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items for customer orders and place them into designated totes
• Maintain a consistent picking rate of at least 120 items per hour
• Meet daily productivity quotas and accuracy expectations
• Follow established company picking procedures to ensure order accuracy
• Verify products are accurate and free of damages before processing
• Utilize RF scanners, iPads, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) during daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or high-volume production experience required
• MUST have experience meeting productivity quotas and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using handheld technology including iPads and RF scanners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity goals
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or within a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to walk warehouse aisles for extended periods
