Rockwoods Inc. is seeking experienced Program Managers to support a major banking client in Virginia. This role is ideal for professionals with strong domain expertise in Retail Deposits, Mortgage & Consumer Lending, or Small Business Banking.
As a Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience, modernizing banking platforms, and improving operational efficiency.
