Start Your Career With Confidence Are you passionate about becoming a stylist, but haven't been to cosmetology school? At Bob Steele Salon, our Stylist Apprenticeship Program is designed to take you through an internship program with one of our master stylists. At the end of the approximate 18 months you will be able to take state exams and practicals and earn your Hair Design license. You will take group classes to further your education as well as work closely with your master stylists. All of this without paying for cosmetology school. We have monthly calls where you can learn more about this program and ask any questions you may have.

What You'll Gain - $10/hr while in the apprenticeship
- Hands-on training from seasoned stylists
- Ongoing Monday classes + real-time salon learning
- Path to become a commission-based stylist (plus tips)
Your Responsibilities As a Stylist Apprentice, you'll support service providers while learning directly through observation, education, and experience.
Education: - Attend weekly training classes with passing performance
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a desire to grow
- Excessive absenteeism may result in removal from the program
What We're Looking For - Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work a flexible schedule-including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
